West-East Yoga Teacher Training began in 1997 and is the longest-running yoga teacher training program in the St. Louis area. The program runs from February through November, meeting one weekend a month, Friday evening through Sunday. (In 2020, we will begin the program in March and have two meetings in October). Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded a certificate of completion and be eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) at the 200 hour level.
You don’t have to want to teach to go through the program. Nearly half of Jaime Sanchez’s students take the training to deepen their own practice.
We know you have a lot of questions and we have answers! Read our FAQ here which includes the meeting dates.
